I would give this resort 3 out of 5 stars. We had a mixed experience at this resort. We have sent request to our credit card for refund, as did not get what we $ I had to ask seven times for a banner to be placed on our door to celebrate my wife's birthday. What kind of an all inclusive resort is this? We asked for manager daily, to no avail. I worked hard as a frontline physician in the hospital for almost 2 years to finally try to relax in hell hole with anxiety and stress instead of peace and tranquility. We were yelled at constantly by the waiters and given attitude for asking for anything! Towels were never available at the pool. The waiters and staff made us feel horrible and guilty for wanting service.
Having to beg for food after and hour and half of sitting at the restaurants is horrific at "all-inclusive," When we finally received some bread and food after begging the waiters we were disgusted to find hairball in our soups and hair in my children’s pizzas. The next issue was the service we had to face day after day. I brought my own sanitizer and cleaned when the service failed to do so. The rooms were dirty and never cleaned! Bathrooms and rooms were left a mess. We entered beautiful grounds only to experience hell for 8 days following. I would have to say the fact that it remains open is a complete fraud. By far one of the worst resort my family and our 4 groups of friends have ever encountered (19 total). Truly a horrible experience at coral spring resorts in Jamaica from the dates of December 25th till January 2nd.
